1. What is our Privacy Policy?
Your privacy is very important to us. Though certain personal information is required in order for us to process your order, it will not be released to any 3rd party.

Should you choose to sign up for our free newsletter, this information will only be used by and will never be provided to any outside parties.

2. Is it safe to order on-line?
Absolutely. All information transmitted to us during your on-line transaction is done so in an encrypted format using SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer). Your personal information and credit card data is encoded before it even leaves your computer, and can only be de-coded once we receive it, making it virtually impossible for it to be intercepted in transit.

3. What does it mean to become a registered shopper?
For your convenience, you can quickly store all your personal and billing information by registering with us. After doing so, any time you return to our store, you can simply log in and avoid the need to enter your information again. This is a free option for your convenience and is not required. Any information provided while registering will be kept completely confidential.

4. How long does it take my order to ship??
Your order will be shipped based on the method of shipping you selected after it has been processed. All orders are processed in the the same business day received and will ship within 1-2 business days (Shipping business days are M-F). To keep costs low, the majority of items are shipped directly from the manufacturer's stock,and may require an additional 1-3 days. If an item is on backorder or a longer delay is expected, we will contact you with specific shipping information.

Please note orders that require special expedited processing and/or manufacturer drop shipping to meet specific delivery dates will incur additional processing fees.

5. What is our Return Policy?
To keep costs low; products sold are final sale.

In the event that a return or exchange is accepted, please note there is a $15.00 re-stocking fee.

6. How do we ship our items?
Unless otherwise requested, the majority of domestic orders are shipped by UPS or FedEx depending on the manufacturer's policies. Exceptions may be made for P.O. Box addresses or orders to Hawaii and Alaska. For international customers, unless otherwise requested, orders are shipped by U.S. Postal Service Global Express Mail. 7. How much does shipping cost?
When placing an order through our website, shipping is variable and calculated through a formula based on order weight, shipping method and destination based on UPS standard shipping rates with handling fees incorporated. Unless otherwise requested orders generally ship complete. There is an additonal shipping and handling charge of $5 for back orders and/or split shipments.

8. What forms of payment do we accept?
When placing an order through, we accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
