1. What is our Privacy Policy?
Your privacy is very important to us. Though certain personal information is required in order for us to process your order, it will not be released to any 3rd party.
Should you choose to sign up for our free newsletter, this information will only be used by dancedepot.com and will never be provided to any outside parties.
2. Is it safe to order on-line?
Absolutely. All information transmitted to us during your on-line transaction is done so in an encrypted format using SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer). Your personal information and credit card data is encoded before it even leaves your computer, and can only be de-coded once we receive it, making it virtually impossible for it to be intercepted in transit.
3. What does it mean to become a registered shopper?
For your convenience, you can quickly store all your personal and billing information by registering with us. After doing so, any time you return to our store, you can simply log in and avoid the need to enter your information again. This is a free option for your convenience and is not required. Any information provided while registering will be kept completely confidential.
4. What is our Return Policy?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your merchandise, it can be returned within 30 days of your order. Please note that all returned items must include all of the manufacturer’s packaging and must be free of any damage or signs of wear. For sanitary reasons, undergarments and tights are not returnable. Also, some special order items, as noted on the website are not returnable.
To return an item, please include a copy of your receipt and ship all items to 9705 Fort Meade Road, Laurel, MD 20707. We recommend that you ship your items via UPS or insured U.S. Postal Mail. A confirmation of your refund will be sent via e-mail. Refund payments may take several weeks to process. If you would instead prefer an exchange item, please make a note of it with your returned item.
Unless the item is being returned due to a mistake by us, we cannot refund shipping charges. For any items returned for an exchange, shipping charges for replacement items will apply.
If your original order had qualified for and received any special discounts, such as a volume discount or "Free Shipping On All Orders of $125 or More!!!", and by returning your item(s) the "final" order would not have qualified for the discount, the discount originally awarded will be deducted from the refunded amount.
5. How do we ship our items?
Unless otherwise requested, the majority of domestic orders are shipped by UPS. Exceptions may be made for P.O. Box addresses or orders to Hawaii and Alaska. For international customers, unless otherwise requested, orders are shipped by U.S. Postal Service Global Express Mail. For shipping inquiries please contact us at service@dancedepot.com.
6. What forms of payment do we accept?
When placing an order through dancedepot.com, we accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you’d prefer to pay by certified check or money order, please print out your shopping cart and mail your order to 9705 Fort Meade Road, Laurel, MD 20707.
